I want to share our journey with these wonderful peopl. my husband Jim suffered a severe Traumatic Brain Injury 30 years ago. From that point up until now, we have had different companies involved to help us With Jims care.  In November 2020, Jim got Covid that devastated his health leaving him on a Trach, feeding tube and bed-bound. When Tim and his father came over for the initial intake I was astounded at the depth they went into to access my Husband's needs. Questions that had never been asked of us over 30 years ,we're asked and the answers were listened to and noted. Whenever I needed to talk with Tim he would either call me right back or text me that he would return my call. His staff, when here, were the best aids/PCA's/CNA's we have ever worked with. There was never a no-show, never someone who should not be in this business showing up, and when he had an emergency call out, he came himself to help us: no one, no company, has ever done that for us. If you want the best care for your loved one, do your a favor and call this company. You will never be disappointed and you will never look for another agency. We have had aids in Florida, North Carolina, Mazatlan, Mexico, England, Maui, Kauai, Oahuand  Las Vegas. This company is the most professional company we have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Words cannot express my appreciation for the work, the attention, and the compassionate care that Tim and the caregivers gave my 95 year old mother. Tim has an innate sense for matching caregivers' characteristics and strengths with clients. This is particularly challenging considering the multilayered symptoms that the elderly can exhibit.

I found each of the caregivers to have individual attributes that, in their own way, enhanced my mom's quality of living. They not only followed my directions for her care but also listened to her and what she needed.

These folks are the best!!! I was desperately seeking care for my grandfather who was critically ill following a surgery and was unable to find help anywhere in Las Vegas. Tim and his family were tremendous in their compassion, thoughtfulness and in setting up immediate care for my grandfather. Each of the workers who attended to my dad were so compassionate, kind, and helpful. One exemplary employee was Donna. She was so patient, calm, caring and went out of her way to make sure my dad was completely cared for. She felt like a family member to us! I HIGHLY recommend Tim’s company and care staff.
